Islanders Game to Benefit Carcinoid Cancer Awareness Network

The New York Islanders and the Carcinoid Cancer Awareness Network (CCAN) team up on Dec. 22, at 7 p.m. in the fight against cancer. The Islanders will face off against the Tampa Bay Lightning at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, with  CCAN featured as the Charity of the Game. CCAN works to raise money for cancer research, and particularly to raise awareness of carcinoid and neuroendocrine cancers.

Tickets to the Islanders game are regularly $65 each for end mezzanine (F-O) or $35 for U-End Mezzanine. CCAN's discount pricing is $45 for end mezzanine and $25 for U-End Mezzanine. Once 225 tickets have been sold, the Islanders organization will implement a program to promote CCAN's mission statement. These tickets can be purchased by check or money order or with American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Deadline to order these tickets is Dec. 13.
