More than 10,000 prospective students and their parents are expected to attend the NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling) 2010 Long Island National College Fair. The fair will be held in the Exhibition Hall at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale on Oct. 3 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Information sessions will be held at the fair, covering such topics as financial aid, choosing the right college, athlete and college admissions, how to survive freshman year and more.
