Of the 25 players on the New York State Class AA First Team, just five were juniors, including Andrle.

The 5-foot-10, 210-pound running back put up scary rushing numbers in 2012. In the last two games of the regular season against Massapequa and Freeport, Andrle rushed for a combined 555 yards on 49 carries with eight touchdowns.

Paving the way for Andrle on the line was Carvalho. The 6-foot-2, 275-pound offensive lineman was a major reason for Andrle's big numbers this season.
