Blood Drive

This coming Tuesday, 10/15, is our fall Blood Drive. It is from 3-9 in the gym of Parkway Elementary School, 465 Bellmore Rd. East Meadow. Please come and donate blood if you possibly can. Every pint donated will save up to 3 lives. (Even if you have been turned away for low iron in the past, it doesn't mean it will happen again.) We will have babysitting right in the other half of the gym as always. You will be giving the gift of life, and it costs you nothing other than an hour or so of your time. You can just show up, but if you would sign up (reply here) with me ahead of time, that would be wonderful. (It helps us to get enough staff to keep things moving quickly.) If you can bring a friend or 2 that would be more wonderful! If you have never given before, even better, I promise you will feel awesome for doing such a great, giving thing.
