- 1897 Front St. - Former location of Pathmark, which closed in May after serving the East Meadow community for 35 years.
- 1907 Front St. - Former location of Villa Grande in the Pathmark Shopping Center, which closed in 2011.
- 2586 Hempstead Tpke. - Former location of AA All Electronic Services, Inc., which recently closed when the owner decided to downsize.
- 2584 Hempstead Tpke. - Former location of Aristea's Hair Salon, which recently closed after the owner retired.
- 550 East Meadow Ave. - Former location of Sweet Karma Baking Company, which did business at this location for more than 10 years before relocating to Plainview.
