Normally I wouldn't respond to an article on here but after seeing the level of ignorance and…Read More stereotyping taking place in the comment left by Robert, I decided I would give my two cents.
According to Robert, the kind of people this business draws/everyone who gets tattoos is a "beer drinking slob" or a motorcycle rider. His condescending attitude and evident display of stereotyping and disregard for people who are different than him is both disgusting and uncalled for. The remark he made is equivalent to saying that if a Sonic had opened up it would have implied that overweight, burger eating "slobs" would come along with it. Robert while you are entitled to you opinion and you may enjoy your Sonic burgers, Sonic will not be opening and Wyld Chyld Tattoo will be opening instead. Please refrain from promoting your ignorant and hate-ridden comments.
I welcome the idea of Wyld Chyld Tattoo coming to East Meadow as they have established themselves as a friendly, community oriented business (they have given back to their Merrick community in numerous ways including fundraising for numerous local charities and providing artistic support programs and have been voted Friendliest Tattoo Shop in 2012 ). I believe they will make a positive impact on our community and that they won't be the cause of any problems or motorcycle noise.

Tell you what Andrew, I was a routeman for 35 years and retired without one complaint from anyone. I…Read More could cut it alright. But I have to say he thought he was above the people servicing his little deli, we are all equal. He was nasty and thought who he was. I did my job and did it well. You don't know me, so how could you judge me. But I knew him and this is why I made a remark that I would say again and again. I had plenty of customers in the area for years that i was even invited to their weddings and their kids as well.
