This family-owned restaurant is attached to the Coliseum Inn on Hempstead Turnpike. Owned and operated by Tina and Tony Cervasio, Spumante specializes in Italian cuisine, offering lunch and dinner service and a full bar. Karaoke started just recently, and now happens every Saturday night.
