Spring NCC Blood Drive

Nassau Community College will be holding the annual spring blood drive on March 22 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the College Center Building. This program, run in conjunction with the Nassau University Medical Center, asks the community to donate blood to sustain our communities collective health security.

From this blood drive, NCC is hoping to supply a large amount of the area's need for blood donations. The drive is part of a six time a year effort on behalf of the college.

“Through our educational efforts to increase the number of blood donors, and our own contributions, the College hopes we will help meet a substantial amount of the community's blood needs," said  Prof. Arthur Friedman, Co-Chair of the NCC Blood Drive Task Force, in a previous press release from the school. "We look forward to working in partnership with community residents in this much needed blood drive.”
