More than 8,000 gather to pound the streets of Nassau County in this historic annual event.
The RXR / TIAA-CREF Long Island Marathon took place this past weekend, and thousands gathered in Nassau County's Eisenhower Park to participate. Patch was there and offers you a glimpse into the excitement of this annual sporting event that draws followers from all over both Long Island and the state of New York.
