Long Island Lizards Ballboy Tryouts

The Long Island Lizards Professional Outdoor Lacrosse Team will hold an official open tryout for Game Day Ballboys on April 21 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Eisenhower Park’s Safetytown parking lot. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and there is no cost to tryout. Applicants must be under the age of 16, love lacrosse and should be accompanied by an adult. Please wear sneakers, no cleats.

The ballboy must be available for home practices on Thursday nights and most -- if not all -- of the home games, which take place at the James M. Shuart Stadium at Hofstra University. The home games are on April 28, June 1, July 7, July 14, July 21 and July 28.
