Baby Boomer Blog - How's Your Memory About the Good Old Days?

Some people remember everything they did yesterday, while others can't remember what they just did an hour ago. I thought I would rev up your memory and see if you recall the following:

• The price of your first home
• Your second-grade teacher's name
• Your average when you graduated high school
• Friend(s)  who walked home with you (or off the school bus) at the end of the school day
• Best friend in middle school
• First boyfriend or girlfriend and when
• Your favorite hang-out growing up
• Top 5 rock and roll songs you loved and who sang them
• Favorite poster of a celebrity you had in your teenage bedroom
• The friend(s) from childhood you would now like to reconnect with
• Your social security number (mine is....oh, never mind)

One thing I remember every single day is that I am co-authoring a book which features East Meadow classmates from yesteryear, memories we won't forget, as well as a chapter about East Meadow High School then and now.  It's called Once Upon Our Times (Because Life Isn't a Fairy Tale): 65 Years Growing Up Baby Boomer.
