“I appreciate LIPA’s outreach, and their desire to showcase their improvements in communications,” said Hannon.  “There are many precautions homeowners can take to protect themselves and their property from major storm damage.”

Senator Hannon will also provide all attendees with several helpful guides on hurricane preparedness and safety, as well as tips for preparing one’s home and property to mitigate property damage and power loss.

“Please mark your calendars for August 1, and join me for this free seminar,” Hannon said.
