Mother Goose Time

The East Meadow Public Library will hold two separate sessions of "Mother Goose Time" in the spring. This program is for children between the 9 and 18 months. It assists with early literacy through sharing language using songs, fingerplay and rhymes. The sessions are as follows:

  • Session One: For children born between September 2009 and June 2010- Mondays at 10 a.m. or 11 a.m.; Mar. 7, 14, 21, 28 and Apr. 4
  • Session Two: For children born between November 2009 and August 2010- Mondays at 10 a.m. or 11 a.m.; May 2, 9, 16, 23

Registration for the first session begins on Feb. 28 and the second session registration begins on Apr. 18. All children need to be accompanied by a caregiver and no siblings allowed. This event is free.
