East Meadow Schools Operate Under Normal Schedule
Despite area delays, district officials have decided to move forward with school on Wednesday.
The East Meadow School District will operate normally on Wednesday, according to school officials.
Despite the fact that many schools in the neighboring towns have decided to either cancel or delay their openings on Wednesday, East Meadow will operate as usual.
According to Nancy Weiss, who is a member of "Mommy's Time Out", an official answered the phone when she called this morning and told her that schools are open and there will be no delays.
