The Board of Appeals of the Town of Hempstead will hold a public hearing in the Town Meeting Pavilion, Town Hall Plaza, One Washington Street, Hempstead, New York on June 13 at 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to consider the following applications and appeals:

Clearmeadow Dr. & Hempstead Tpke., a/k/a 2295 Hempstead Tpke. N.C.P.C. Local determination.

519/12. EAST MEADOW - Nicodemo R. & Christine A. Bellocco, Maintain 6' high solid PVC fence forward of dwelling which may substantially obstruct line of sight., S/E cor. Harrison Ave. & Garfield Rd., a/k/a 653 Harrison Ave. N.C.P.C. Local determination.
