Unlicensed Massage Arrest at Yo Yo Spa
Queens woman arrested after performing unlicensed massages on undercover detectives, police said.
A Queens woman was arrested Friday for performing unlicensed massages at Yo Yo Spa in East Meadow, Nassau County police said.
Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives said Fang Zhong Zhang, 46, of Flushing, performed an unlicensed massage on an undercover detective Dec. 24 for an agreed upon amount of money.
On Friday an undercover detective returned to Yo Yo Spa and received an unlicensed massage from Zhang for an agreed upon amount of money, police said.

Yo Yo Spa is located at 2685 North Jerusalem Road.

The defendant was placed under arrest without incident and has been charged with two counts of unauthorized practice of profession. She will be arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on Saturday.
