Nassau County Police have put out a Silver Alert for a Manorhaven woman who's been missing since she was discharged from (NUMC) on June 18.
Pearl Braun, 59, was described by police to be in poor physical and mental condition. She is diabetic, and she also has an infection on her foot. Police say it's possible that Braun left NUMC in a cab, because her car has not been moved.
It was approximately 6 p.m. when she was released from NUMC. Police have not released a photo or description of Braun.
