THIS IS MY SON. & IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY, ITS EASY FOR YOU IGNORANT PEOPLE TO JUDGE SOMEONE BY WHAT THESE "LAW ENFORCEMENT SAY" BUT THE FACTS ARE IN GODS HANDS AND THE IGNORANT GIRL THAT LIED ABOUT IT. NO ONE SAID / TOLD THE STORY THAT SHE LIED IN HER POLICE REPORT. WHEN COURT CAME SHE SAID IT WAS A LIE, SHE JUST HAD A ENTIRELY DIF STORY. MY SON BRANDON LEE CRUZ IS A WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN THAT HELPS ALL HIS FRIENDS & COMMUNITY AND ALWAYS GET THE SHORT END. BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY. A POLICE OFFICER MURDERED HIS FATHER 19 YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH HIM AND RAPED ME. AND ALL HE GOT WAS A SLAP IN THE HAND CAUSE HE WAS A POLICE OFFICER AND ALL I WAS , WAS A YOUNG LADY WITH NO FAMILY AND LOVED ONES AROUND TO PROTECT ME FROM THE "LAW" THAT WAS TAKING OVER THE STREETS IN THE "HOOD". SO BEFORE YOU PEOPLE GET ALL WRAPPED UP IN THE MEDIA.... WHICH I ALSO WORK FOR, YOU SHOULD COME TO THE SOURCE WHICH IS I, HIS BIOLOGICAL MOTHER, JOANNA CRUZ AND GET THE REAL FACTS WITH DOCUMENTATION & ALL THE PROOF YOU WOULD LIKE. ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE. AND ONLY HE WILL. BRANDON I LOVE YOU & I WILL ALWAYS PROTECT YOU AND YOUR JOURNEY TO ALL GREAT THINGS. AS I TOLD YOU DYING FATHER THAT WAS A GREAT MAN & A PROFESSIONAL AS HE DIED IN MY ARMS. & ALL THE COPS DID WAS LAUGH BUT NO ONE LOOKS THAT UP. WE DON'T NEED TO BE JUDGED BABY BOY BY "PEOPLE" THAT BELIEVE ANY THING. I LOVE YOU MY SON. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP & LET MISERY KEEP THEIR OWN COMPANY. NOBODY ABSOLUTELY NO ONE "KNOWS" MY SON OR ANY OF US.

I know your son and he is a piece of crap. He did do it and the girl did not lie. Not only did he do that and get a year in jail for it, he has sold drugs and gotten several underage girls pregnant and left them in dust... A real nice guy.

Someone got Robbed .. someone got property taken... whether or not it was this kid or the girl.. isnt the fact that either of them had possession of property that didnt belong to them?? If convicted.. no dont feel bad.. go to jail.. if he didnt do it.. did he try to stop the female from assaulting the victim.. and if she did assault and rob, why didnt he immediately call 911 and report what happened.. especially if your on probation..why risk yourself for a piece of trash...
