Crime Report: Woman Remanded to Jail, Vehicle Keyed
The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Just seven months after early due to her failing health, Diane McCloud to the after pleading guilty to petit larceny on Aug. 12.
McCloud, 47, of Hempstead, was arrested on July 16 for stealing items from an Oceanside CVS, according to Chris Munzing, a spokesman for the Nassau County District Attorney's office. McCloud admitted to stealing diet pills, skin cream and Crest whitening stripes. The exact value of the stolen items is unknown.

- Sometime between noon on Aug. 7 and 7 a.m. on Aug. 8, a vehicle that was parked on Stuyvesant Avenue was keyed.
- Another home on Stuyvesant Avenue had damage to the glass of the garage. Police say the incident happened between Aug. 11 at 9 a.m. and Aug. 14 at 9 a.m.
- Between 5 p.m. on Aug. 8 and 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 9, police discovered graffiti on top of a building on Prospect Avenue in East Meadow.
