Crime Report: Bike Stolen, Woman Arrested in County Jail

The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department; it does not indicate a conviction.

  • On Aug. 14, a USB was removed from vehicle parked on Maple Avenue.
  • A bike was stolen from a shed on Stuyvesant Avenue on Aug. 13.
  • Sometime between Aug. 16 and Aug. 17., a  tailgate was stolen from a car that was parked on 1st Avenue. 
  • A vehicle that was parked on Mitchel Avenue was found scratched on both sides on Aug. 17.
  • On Aug. 13, an unknown person entered on the property of .
  • A Freeport woman was a arrested on Aug. 21 for allegedly assaulting police officers while being searched and for allegedly being found with drugs in the . Read more .
