Cops: Juvenile Robbed on Prospect Avenue

Police say two suspects motioned as if they had a gun and demanded items from the victim's pockets.

A juvenile was walking on Prospect Avenue in East Meadow Saturday night with two friends when police say they were approached by two suspects who robbed him.

According to Nassau Police detectives, the suspects - both described as black males wearing hooded sweatshirts - demanded one victim empty his pockets. One suspect allegedly simulated having a gun in his sweatshirt. The victim complied, handing over cash.

The suspects fled on foot southbound on Prospect Avenue. No injuries reported at this time.
