Homeless hanging on Hempstead Tpke

I hear they may try to get the approval for Sonic but in the mean time, that building is an eye sore and now you have homeless hanging out there. I don't even want to go to Modell's or Home Depot because they are hanging around. What can be done about this? Who do you let know
