Sept 25: Memorial for Harlie Treanor, Culinary Delights Fundraiser

1. A tree planting ceremony was recently held in honor of Harlie Treanor, a former Bowling Green K-Kid, who died when the boat she was on capsized in Oyster Bay on July 4. Read more about the memorial at 12 p.m.

2. The East Meadow Chamber of Commerce held its 10th Annual Culinary Delights fundraiser on Monday. Read more about the event at 2 p.m.

4. In case you missed it, an East Meadow woman and a man were arrested and charged with robbery Sunday evening after an altercation occurred at the USA gas station in Malverne Park.
