NUMC Public Relations Director Awarded by East Meadow FD

Shelley Lotenberg, Nassau University Medical Center's director of public affairs, recently received the East Meadow Fire Department's EMS 2013 Appreciation Award in recognition of her loyalty and support to the community and the advancement of Emergency Medical Services.

Fire officials said that Lotenberg goes above and beyond in supporting the EMS community and facilitating avenues of communication between the East Meadow Fire Department, EMS and NUMC.

East Meadow fire department commissioners and Nassau County elected officials presented Lotenberg with the award.
