Community Update

Cashier forgot to take security tag off, it did not go off when I left the store and I went home. Threw away my receipt because I didn't think anything was wrong. Days later I put on the sweater and noticed tag. I went to store in East Meadow and I was completely humiliated. I was threaded like a thief. They refused to take off the tag. I emailed customer service and the said it was too much work for them to look for my purchase so I need to find my purchase order transaction. I have spent weeks waiting to have some assistance for a sweater that I paid for and cannot wear. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store but I give up and I will throw away the sweater and never step foot in that store again. It has caused me $24.99 for that sweater but it will cost this store hundreds because that's how much I spend every time I went there. Shameful and upper management should really look at their policies, staff and customer service.
