NuHealth Board Chair Honored

The Association of Physicians of Indian Origin recognized Craig V. Rizzo, Esq. during a recent reception held in Garden City.

Craig V. Rizzo, Esq., chair of the NuHealth board of directors, was recently honored by the Association of Physicians of Indian Origin at a reception held at the Akbar Restaurant in Garden City.

The AAPI represents more than 8,000 physicians in New York State. Mr. Rizzo received a plaque in recognition of his leadership and in appreciation for his outstanding community service.

The plaque was presented by Dr. Krishan Kumar, president of AAPINYS and a member of the NuHealth board of directors, as well as Dr. Tarun Wasil, president of AAPIQLI. Joining in congratulating Mr. Rizzo during the presentation were a group of AAPI physicians and John Ciotti, general counsel for the NuHealth System.
