Veterans Day: Airpower Museum Open, Liftoff Possible

The American Airpower Museum will be open on Veterans Day, and officials there said an air show to commemorate the day is possible if the weather cooperates.
According to the museum's Facebook page, "if you are in the area tomorrow in honor of Veterans Day we will be open on Monday contrary to normal scheduling. If the weather is good we should have some flying as well tomorrow."
The Facebook page is worth checking out, if only to see highlights from the Doolittle Raider Reunion in Ohio. There are great shots from high above rural Pennsylvania and New York City.
The museum is open from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free on Veterans Day, according to the museum's website.
