Temple Emanu-El Coat Drive Kicks Off Nov. 25
Donated items will benefit the Mary Brennan INN in Hempstead.
Temple Emanu-El of East Meadow will host a coat drive Nov. 25 through Dec. 6 to help those in need of warm clothing this winter.
New and used winter items such as coats, hats, scarves and gloves will be accepted.
Donations can be dropped off in the lobby of Temple Emanu-El, located at 123 Merrick Avenue in East Meadow, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Fridays and 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Saturdays.
All items will be donated to the Mary Brennan INN in Hempstead for distribution.
