STRIKE A POSE FOR A CHANCE TO BE A MODEL FOR A DAY AT ROOSEVELT FIELD

Aspiring models are invited to Roosevelt Field on Thursday, September 12, 2013 to put their best strut forward for a chance to receive the ultimate Model for a Day prize package, including two coveted modeling spots on Roosevelt Field’s runway during Simon Fashion Now®, presented by Winthrop-University Hospital Breast Health Center, October 11 and 12.

The competition is open to Long Island men and women ages 16 and older. Participants will have an individual opportunity to show off their catwalk skills before a panel of judges, who will determine one male and one female winner based on personality, appearance and walk. Winners will be announced on Friday, September 13 on Roosevelt Field’s Facebook fan page.

The winners will walk alongside professional models during Simon Fashion Now’s runway show on Friday, October 11 at 7:30 p.m. and receive professional hair and makeup services, a customized fitting for his and her look, two exclusive invitations to the Simon Fashion Now VIP party on Friday, October 11 and a prize package including gift cards to Bobby’s Burger Palace and Hotel Chocolat gift bags.
