Missing Dog Reported in Salisbury

This pooch is looking for a way home, and its owners need your help.

The Bower family is looking for their lost dog and needs the community's help.

One morning last week, their dog Daisy ran out of the house on Mist Lane in Salisbury and took off. She is a white and tan Shih Tzu, and she is "timid in nature, and could be hiding on someone's property," an email from Helen Meittinis to community members said.

"There are many people who do not pay attention to posters on poles and emails etc. and a neighbor could have her in their home," Meittinis said. "Please pay attention to people walking their dogs or if a neighbor who didn't have a dog suddenly has one. Be vigilant as you go about your day, especially on the blocks behind Bowling Green. We appreciate anything you can do to help locate Daisy."
