June 7: Cub Scouts, Field Day, 100 Things

Some things to keep an eye out for in East Meadow today.

Good morning East Meadow. On this Tuesday, we have plenty happening in the local community, so let's take a quick look at some things to keep your eyes on.

1. Weather: It's going to be a bit warmer, with the high reaching 83 degrees today, according to the National Weather Service. There is a 20 percent chance of rain as well, with experts expecting rainfall after noon.

2. Cub Scout Pack 362 will hold event today for boys in kindergarten through fourth grade at from 7-8:30 p.m. For additional information, please call Erin Herlihy at 516-357-3684.

3. will hold its fifth grade field day during the school day today. Students will have a chance to participate in a variety of activities throughout the event. The rain date will be on Thursday if needed.
