As a child, Janet McLaughlin would look at the fabric in her aunt's sewing store
every summer. Looking at all those beautiful calicos in so many different
colors just made her feel good! It was not until she was in her late 20s when
that "feel good" memory set her on a path that would make her a master quilter. Join us for the Opening Reception with light refreshments and music by Kokila at East Meadow Public Library. Admission is free. All are welcome.
