Uncle Giuseppe's Will Not Relocate to Former Pathmark Location

Rumors circulating involving Uncle Giuseppe’s Italian Market, currently situated at 2330 Hempstead Turnpike, relocating to the former Pathmark spot are indeed false, a store employee told Patch Monday.

"We’re definitely staying here," she said.

Pathmark closed its Front Street location in May and the storefront remains vacant. 

"It's horrible," Jody an employee at Bagel Biz said when she found out Pathmark was closing. "This is known as the Pathmark Marshalls Center. "It's like this all over Long Island. Anytime you go to a mall it is filled with vacancies."
