There seems to be some sort of ill supported commentary going on about this new studio and I'll put it to an end. Wild Cherrys dance and fitness is a place for women and even men to gain confidence and lose weight, to walk away feeling great about themselves and having an amazing work out. I haven't met one person who has walked out of Liz's classes feeling anything but that. My advice paul and aaron, don't knock it til you try it. In my opinion, men like you are what makes businesses like Liz's thrive. Women ignore the idiotic banter between superficial and shallow men on the patch and actually do something. They take classes that exute confidence, maturity and straight up fun. So thank you Liz, for bringing this to East Meadow. I know you will be successful even after the ignorance of others.

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. A typical hour-long Zumba class includes warm-up and cool-down periods to stretch your muscles and prevent injury. Though the program takes inspiration from Latin dance, you don't need to be a great dancer to enjoy the benefits of Zumba. Just follow the lead of your instructor as you jump, slide and shake along to the music. Zumba burns hundreds of calories per hour, depending on your body type and the intensity with which you perform the maneuvers. Boxing will increase your endurance, strength and speed. Through this workout you will also learn self-defense. This class is for Men and Women and all ages. Women's boxing made its debut at the 2012 Olympics in London this reflects the sport's fast-growing popularity among women. Boxing gives you a sleek, defined body and improves your speed and reflexes There are some serious mental perks too: Because boxing requires a focused mind, it can almost serve as a form of meditation. Let's not even mention the amazing cardiovascular effect you will get. All the activity required in a boxing routine will be sure to help your heart stay strong and active. A boxing routine is a great way to have a healthy and long life!
