Assemblyman Michael Montesano (R,I,C-Glen Head) is hosting a “Shed the Meds” public awareness event on Thursday, July 12 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Westbury Public Library. The event, sponsored by the Nassau County Police Department, provides a safe and secure environment for residents to dispose of unused prescription drugs.
