Voxare String Quartet to Perform at East Meadow Library

The group will put on a concert on Sunday.

The Voxare String Quartet will perform at the East Meadow Public Library on Sunday.

The quartet, which formed in 2008, has received critical praise for its inventive programming, technical prowess, attention to detail, and passionate performances.


Voxare has performed at Avery Fisher Hall with the New York Philharmonic, the Guggenheim Museum, Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.

The concert will begin at the library at 2 p.m. All reservations can be made in the library's public relations office, at www.eastmeadow.info or by phone at (516) 794-2570 ext. 560. There is a two person maximum for a reservation.

The perfomance was made possible with public funds from the New York State Council of the Arts.
