PREVIEW: MasterChef's Derrick Prince Invades East Meadow
Derrick Prince will visit F&S Bar and Grill and Funtazia Cafe.
Have you always wondered what it'd be like to have the cooks from MasterChef create dishes in front of your eyes?
Well tonight is your lucky night.
Derrick Prince, who is a Long Island native, will be representing MasterChef when he cooks at and Monday. He will be on hand from 6-10 p.m.

On the Facebook event page, Prince says "I will guarantee homemade chorizo and sopes with fire roasted salsa," as well as many other delicious choices for those that attend. He also says that the night will be affordable, and urges residents to come down.
"Prices will be cheap, I promise," Prince wrote on Facebook. "Come on down, watch me make a fool of myself on TV, eat some of the dishes you've seen me make, have a drink and hang out."
