2.Police said that the utility worker that was assaulted in East Meadow urinated near the defendant's car before the assault: Authorities said that the defendant, 34-year-old Thomas Libretto, noticed the worker, 34-year-old John Applewhite, urinating in the vicinity of his car in the parking lot of Texas Roadhouse which started an altercation before the assault.
