East Meadow resident Susan Machtinger, 62, recently hit it big when she won $4 million dollars playing the New York Lottery's famous Lotto game.
Machtinger, along with several other lucky Lottery winners, was presented with her check at a press conference held at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City.
