- Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano recently announced that "Twilight Eclipse" will be shown for free in Eisenhower Park's Lakeside Theatre at 7 p.m. Thursday.
- In case you missed it, the Merrick cook took on an interesting recipe to celebrate Labor Day. Grilled chicken wings are on the menu today.
- Check out an All Star Comedy Show at Brockerage Comedy Club in Bellmore tonight at 8 p.m. The cost is $14, and there is a two drink minimum.
