Oct. 21: Aura Opens Its Doors, New Smith Street Deli, Thick and Thin

Some things to keep an eye out for in the local community.

  1. East Meadow has a new establishment for residents to go to sing and dance. Aura, which is known for its New York City location, is now occupying the space formerly held by the  Savannah Club. Check out the full story here.

  4. Are you a car buff? If so, head down to the Friday Night Car Show at 6 p.m. tonight at Bellmore Long Island Rail Road Station. This event is weather permitting.
