The five things you should know today.
1. The presidential debate will be taking place at Hofstra University tonight! Nassau County Police advising citizens use alternate routes and avoid travel in the area near Nassau Coliseum if possible.
2. In case you missed it, some East Meadow managers with businesses on Hempstead Turnpike, told Patch that they feared that the presidential debate could take away their business on Tuesday.
