May 26: County Finals, Shakespeare, Weekend

Good morning East Meadow! Many are preparing to take a long weekend, but we have a big day in East Meadow before we get there. Here's an early look at some things to keep an eye out for today.

1. Weather:We're going to have another nice day today, according to the National Weather Service. The experts are calling for mostly sunny skies with a high near 75 degrees. Meteorologists also expect there to be a south wind ranging from 5-8 mph.

2. Softball team goes for the County Championship today against Farmingdale High School. After being down one game to nothing, Madison West homered and led the Jets to a 5-1 win. Come on down to Mitchel Athletic Complex at 4 p.m. to cheer East Meadow on!

3. will hold a viewing of in the school's courtyard at 5:30 p.m. today.
