Some things to keep an eye out for in East Meadow today.

Good morning East Meadow! We ave reached the midpoint of the week and there has been plenty happening. Let's take a look at what you should watch out for on this Wednesday in East Meadow.

1. Weather: It's looking like it's going to rain all day in East Meadow, according to the National Weather Service. Experts are calling for periods of heavy rainfall, which could wipe out today's East Meadow Lacrosse Playoff action. Keep an eye on Patch for updates throughout the day.

2. The Children's Room will be holding for children who are between 3 years of age and not yet in kindergarten. Joy Oddo will be bringing games, costumes and fun for all. The event begins at 7 p.m.
