Good morning East Meadow! Today, there is plenty going on, so let's get right to the chase. Here are today's five things to know in East Meadow.

1. Weather: It's going to be a similar day to yesterday, according to the National Weather Service. The high temperature will be slightly higher, hitting 49 degrees according to projections, and then rain will creep in late tonight.

2. Looking for a good movie today? Head on down to at 9:45 a.m. for the showing of Amish Grace chronicles the story of five Amish children who were killed in their schoolhouse in 2006. It demonstrates the power to forgive in the wake of a horrible tragedy. Walk-ins are welcome.

3. Looking for some cheap wings and a good time? Head on down to tonight at 10 p.m. for a special . Another special of $2.50 pints will be available as well.
