March 1: Kiwanis, Meet the Coaches, Football

Good morning East Meadow! Now that we have all adjusted to the new workweek, many of us are looking for things to do to keep us busy when work is done. Here is a look at some of the things that are going on in East Meadow today.

1. Weather: Well, we definitely saw our share of rain yesterday, so you'll be pleased to hear that none is in the forecast today, according to the National Weather Service. The temperature will be a bit lower though, as the high will be around 42 degrees. There should be a nice breeze as well.

2. Have you ever checked out East Meadow Kiwanis? Well tonight is your chance. Come to the tonight at 7 p.m. and see what are like. Kiwanis does a lot of events that give right back to East Meadow.

3. Although the winter sports season just ended, tonight is at . Believe it or not, spring sports are right around the corner. Come on down to see who will try to lead East Meadow's athletes to victory.
