Good morning East Meadow! We've reached the mid-point of our week, and there's plenty going on today in the local community. Here's a closer look at what's going on around the neighborhood.

1. Weather: It's going to be a nice day today, according to the National Weather Service. Experts are calling for mostly sunny skies with a high of 80 degrees in East Meadow. The temperature is expected to go down to 62 degrees by nighttime.

4. A Look Back: Two people were injured Tuesday in a Merrick Avenue car crash. According to one witness, one of the vehicles was airborne before the collision. Neither person sustained serious injuries.
