Jan. 19: Teacher Workshop, Concert and Newsletters

There's plenty going on in East Meadow on this Wednesday, as schools are in full throttle with events, and it once again looks like a dreary weather day. Here's what's happening in East Meadow.

1. Weather: As East Meadow recovers from the treacherous conditions of Tuesday, it looks like more precipitation is on tap for Wednesday. According to the National Weather Service, there is a 30 percent chance of rain before 2 p.m. The high approaches 41 degrees tomorrow, but it is projected to be another uncomfortable day to be outside.
