On this Father's Day, many kids are showing their appreciation to their dads, uncles, godfathers and more. In East Meadow, three-year-old Amanda Morris sums things up perfectly about the way she feels about her father, John Morris.
- I love my daddy so much because he calls me "mushy bear".
- He lets me have piggyback rides and climb on him.
- He buys stuff for me.He plays chalk with me outside.
- He lets me watch Spongebob.
- He plays with my hair.
- He let's me hug him and tucks me in bed at night.
- He takes me on daddy-daughter dates when mommy is out.
- He loves me 1000 - and that's a long time to count!
- Today he's gonna take me to the beach to build a sand cuckoo bird!
- That's why I love daddy sooooooo much!
