St. Francis Polish National Catholic Church of East Meadow celebrates its 72nd year with a Blessing of the Animals on Oct. 2, at 1 p.m.
Bring your animals to the Church and receive a special St. Francis blessing. The Nassau County Police Department Mounted Unit will also be there. All animals are welcome to receive blessings: dogs, cats, fish, ferrets, lizards, birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, and so on.
